Open data
Open data in data folder

In the folder open the folder "Shared Prefs"
Then Paste Cocos2dxPrefsFile.xml to Shared Prefs folder
Force Stop Mini Militia and Re-open the game
OPEN THE GAME THEN PRESS UPGRADE THEN PRESS RESTORE TO ACTIVATE PRO PACK
